Natividad Losoya Rodriguez, 90, of Alpine, died Wednesday, February 16, 2000, in Fort Stockton nursing center.
Rosary was Friday, February 18, 2000, at 7:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Peace Church in Alpine. Mass was Saturday at 11 a.m. at the church. Burial followed in Holy Angels Cemetery. Geeslin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Rodriguez was born in Alpine on September 8, 1909. She was married to Castulo Rodriguez in 1933 in Alpine. He preceded her in death in 1994. A daughter, Maria Silva, also preceded her in death. She was active in various activities at Our Lady of Peace Church, including Accion Catholic.
Survivors include four daughters, Alicia Brito of Alpine, Corina Milan of Crystal City, Esperanza De La O of Alpine, Viola Hernandez of Fresno, CA; two sons, Enrique Flores of Midland, Joe Flores of Alpine; two sisters, Lucia Valenzuela of Almogordo, NM and Golla Losoya of Hobbs, NM; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family members served as pallbearers.
