Narciso Granado, 88, of Marathon, passed away Friday, Jan. 11 at Pecos County Hospital.
Grave side services were held Jan. 15 at 1 p.m. at the Marathon Cemetery. Gesslin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Granado was born Nov. 3, 1913 in Terlingua. He had worked as a ranch hand.
He is survived by four sons Jose (Pepe) Granado of Big Spring, Hervey Granado of Dallas, Humberto Granado of Monahans and Joe Granado of Midland; two daughters, Ida Granado and Maria Granado, both of Omaha, Neb., a brother, Arturo Granado of Midland; six sisters, Maria Jesus Varela of Nogalez Sonora, Mexico, Teodora Garcia of Marathon, Maria Sotelo of Abilene, Francis Sotelo of Bakersfield, Calif., Ramona Ortiz of Midland and Luz Sanchez of Midland.
